    Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your data.

    Last updated: September 29, 2026

Apehx Digital ("Apehx," "we," "us," "our") operates apehx.com and provides CRM setup, automation, and marketing services to US service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, book a call, or use our services. It is written to satisfy the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, and the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other US states with similar requirements.

    1. Information we collect

    Information you provide directly

    • Contact details — name, email address, and phone number — when you book a free setup audit through our scheduling widget, submit a form, or email us.
    • Business details — industry, business name, current tools, and goals — when you share them on a call or in a form so we can prepare your audit.
    • Account credentials — if you become a client, the login access you grant us to set up your CRM, ad accounts, and integrations is handled under a separate service agreement.

    Information collected automatically

    • Usage data — pages visited, referring URL, browser type, device, and approximate region — collected through cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used.
    • Calendar booking data — the date and time you select is processed by our scheduling provider to confirm your appointment and send reminders.

    2. How we use your information

    • To confirm and hold your booking and send reminders.
    • To respond to your questions and prepare your setup audit.
    • To deliver, support, and improve the services you engage us for.
    • To measure and improve website performance and content.
    • To send occasional updates — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

    3. Cookies and tracking

We use a small set of cookies: essential cookies required for the site and booking widget to function, and optional analytics cookies that help us understand traffic. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can revisit your choice any time by clearing your browser storage. We do not use cookies to sell your data or build cross-site advertising profiles.

    4. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the service:

    • Scheduling provider — to process your booking and send confirmations and reminders.
    • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics tools that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
    • Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    5. Data retention

We keep contact and booking data for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to inquiries, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain records. If you become a client, project data is retained per your service agreement. You can request early deletion at any time (see Your rights below).

    6. Your rights (CCPA/CPRA and US state laws)

If you are a US resident, you have the right to:

    • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
    • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
    • Delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
    • Correct inaccurate personal information.
    • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share your data, so no opt-out is needed, but you may still request confirmation.
    • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service or charge differently because you exercised your privacy rights.

To exercise any right, email hello@apehx.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We verify your identity before responding and reply within 45 days, as required by law.

    7. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

    8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted service providers — to protect your data. No method is fully secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with applicable law.

    9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.

    10. Contact
